At the SLRA AGM, there was discussion regarding Mount Nessing, where it was stated that the former hotel and student residence is being safeguarded by Property Guardians.

It was suggested that it was, superficially anyway, a good idea but with no regulation may be open to abuse.  We have emailed Torbay Council to see what their policy is on these and will report back if they reply.
