Work has been progressing well on the plans for the Torbay Over 50s Assembly (TOFA), and we now have a date and a venue for the launch – Saturday, April 13th from 1 pm at Preston Baptist Church on Old Torquay Road, Preston, Paignton TQ3 2RB.
The launch will be an opportunity to find out more about the Assembly and to sign up to become involved at all levels.
TOFA will provide people over the age of 50 with the opportunity to shape key decision-making across the Bay. We’ve had more than 200 people contact us, expressing an interest in being part of TOFA, so thank you everyone who’s been in touch via postcard, email or over the phone, to let us know they want to be part of shaping Torbay’s future.
