Witness appeal after theft from a car

Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward after a theft from a vehicle in Torquay.

The incident happened between 4.30pm – 7.15pm on Monday 14 August along Warren Hill in which a child’s car seat was stolen.

Officers are reminding members of the public not to leave valuables in their vehicles – thieves know all of the hiding places. We would also advise car owners to park their vehicles in a garage or on a driveway if at all possible.
