The Torquay Neighbourhood Plan is now entering the final stages prior to it being finally drawn up ready for inspection and a public referendum.
Included in the plan are designated sites for housing and green spaces that we believe should be protected from development. This will be the last opportunity to comment and ensure that green spaces that are of special significance are protected so please make sure that we have not missed one that is important to you!
Why does the Neighbourhood plan include Local Green Space designation? This is a way to provide special protection against development for green areas of particular importance to local communities.
The Consultation commenced on Monday 7th August and will end on Sunday 17th September
