Your observations are requested for the following woman reported as missing from Torquay and last seen in the area of the Cliff railway in Babbacombe at 10:40am today, Wednesday 5 July 2017.
She is known as Phyllis Jenkins and is described as a white female, 79 years of age, 5 foot in height, wearing a white floppy hat, pink flowery top and bright pink trousers.
We have concerns for her welfare.
