Unfair Penalty Charges in Torbay – Update

In a previous posts, Kevin Foster has mentioned his campaign on unfair penalty charges in independent car parks around Torbay.

This campaign was set up after Kevin received an influx of complaints from residents receiving unfair penalty charges. Since promoting this campaign, we have had over a hundred residents get in touch to feedback their experience.

Data are still collecting data from residents and would encourage anyone who has received an unfair penalty charge from an independent car park to contact us.  Data collection will continue until the 31st August 2016., after which, Kevin will look to present his findings to MPs in Parliament, later on this year.

If you wish to fill out the survey set up for this campaign, you can do so by clicking here.
