Here is the Agenda for the first AGM to be held on Saturday, 11 January 2014.

Nomination of officers

Election of officers (chair, vice chair, secretary, treasurer and IT technician) will take place at the AGM.  Nominations may be submitted, no later than 9th January, by completing the following form or returning the nomination form attached to the flyer, which will be delivered to all residents during the first week of January, or in person at the AGM on the 11th January.

You are also encouraged to stand for office yourself, for which the same forms may be used.
