At a recent full Council Meeting the Torquay Neighbourhood Plan was unanimously approved by those attending and . In addidion Neighbourhood Plands for Paignton and Brixham were also approved. All three will now go forward to a referendum in 2019, most likely co-coinciding with the Local Elections in May
