Ageing Well Housing Consultation from the Ageing Well Torbay Team

Since our Big Vision event way back in January this year, we have been working with 14 older people who volunteered as a working party to develop an assembly to give people over 50 a platform to have their voices heard on matters important to them.

Through this work, we have been asked to help collect the views and aspirations of people over 50 in relation to housing needs in later life.

Torbay Council and Housing LIN are looking to the people of Torbay over 50 for their opinions.

Through written and online surveys, as well as focus groups, they want you to tell them what you think is important concerning properties in Torbay. It could be what you’d consider to be necessities in a home, what would inspire you to live in a particular area, what support you think is key to making these facilities welcoming and useable to all…now’s your chance to say.

For the online version of the housing survey, please visit the following link: https://ageingwelltorbay.us18.list-manage.com/track/click?u=b84fca88864ba7a1d240c45d7&id=d8ba024fea&e=59b10ff067

If you’d like a free post printed copy, we have them available from the Torbay Community Development office at 4-8 Temperance Street, Torquay, TQ2 5PU. You can call us on 01803 212638 as well.

Please note, the deadline for the surveys (both online and printed) is Friday 14th December.
