Investigating officers are seeking witnesses

Officers are appealing for witnesses following an assault in Torquay on Sunday 10 December.

The incident took place between 8.30pm and 9.00pm at the junction of Tor Church Road and Lucius Street.

A 16-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man were allegedly assaulted by two unknown males as they walked past The Church of St Andrew. The victims received a number of injuries including a broken nose and facial injuries.

Police would also like to speak to a member of the public who helped the victims home following the incident.
