Torbay Council has released the 2016 Draft Efficiency Plan, laying out budget cuts to services which need to be met in future budgets.
In planning for the future of the parks and planting budget, we are looking at models from the Nesta Rethinking Parks projects to increase value and reduce costs. Some of these ideas are outlined in the following survey and we are asking our contacts and Friends of Torbay Parks and Green Spaces groups to guide which, if any, of these ideas could be pursued in Torbay.
