The Ageing Well Torbay project has now been running for over a year, with the aim of making people over the age of 50 feel better connected and less isolated. 

A number of organisations are working on the project including Age UK, British Red Cross, Brixham Does Care, Carers Trust Phoenix, Mencap and Torbay Community Development Trust.
