The 2015 SLRA Street Party, held last Sunday, was a great success.

Many St Luke’s area residents and others came along to our third street party, encouraged yet again by the superb weather.

There was live music throughout, performed by local talent.

There were a variety of games and stalls and the opportunity to receive an Indian head massage.   Delicious home-made cakes and biscuits were available, accompanied by tea, coffee or fruit juice.   Prizes were awarded to the winner of the crossword, which was designed to encourage people to chat to each other,  and other games.

As a result of the street party, St Luke’s Residents’ Association are able to donate £84.26 to Children’s Hospice South West, SLRA’s chosen charitable organisation for 2015.
