Torbay Council has received a revised planning application for the former Maycliffe Hotel.

Change of use from former hotel to 10 flats, including communal space. Demolition of more recent additions to the villa and remodelling of some existing extensions, new windows and balconies. Modification of roof to include slated pitched elements.
