Change of use from B1(a) to resdiential (C3) (Class J) for full total building as previously allowed only top 4 floors.

A new planning application has been registered.

This new application means that the plans for the Roebuck House Hub, incorporating doctors surgery and community facilities, are now likely not to happen.

The consultation period is due to end on Thu 22 May 2014.

If you believe a Health and Community Centre is more important than flats in our community, you should object to these plans as soon as possible.  If, however, you are happy with the new proposals, do nothing.
