This week, the Council unveiled its draft budget for 2014/15

It is safe to say there are a range of difficult choices to be made against a backdrop of falling national funding for local government.

A consultation has been launched and you can find details of this, along with the details of the proposals being made, by visiting a dedicated section of the Council website.  Just follow this link: http://www.torbay.gov.uk/budget.

If you fancy having a go at setting your own budget there is also a budget simulator available on that site that you can use to work out your figures.

There will be a consultation event with the Mayor of Torbay in the Rosetor room, Riviera International Conference Centre, Torquay, TQ2 5LZ on Monday 2nd December starting at 6:30pm. Free Car Parking for the event will be available at the RICC.
