A number of local people, mostly from the St Luke’s and Melville Street areas, went along to the presentation of proposals for Roebuck House.

GP facilities will be on the ground floor and it is proposed to provide community facilities on the first floor – function and meeting rooms, at least, will be available.

This is a very exciting proposition, which could benefit all local residents, and we need to act now if we are to have any influence on the plans.

There is an opportunity for anyone in the St Luke’s area to submit ideas for use of the space.  So, please don’t be afraid to submit your thoughts and ideas; Email to StLukesRA@Gmail.Com.
