Dear Councillors and Community Partnerships,
There has recently been a high volume of enquiries relating to the grounds maintenance of parks and highway verges in Torbay.
This partially relates to a lack of understanding as to what is expected and how the areas are managed.
I attach a copy of the Frequently Asked Questions document for your information. Please pass this on to your community members or any enquirers for their information.
If there is concern about an overflowing bin, long grass etc, these enquiries should be directed to Connections on 01803 207900 or email connections@torbay.gov.uk in the first instance.
